Open the menu, select Settings/WI-Fi Mobile devices/Operating mode and set to ON.
What do I do if the Wi Fi symbol flashes without the “Cloud”?
- Check that the Wi Fi password has been entered
- Check whether the automatic address allocation function (DHCP) is activated in your home Router and whether there are any available addresses that have not been allocated.
What do I do if the Wi Fi symbol is present but the “Cloud” is red?
- Check whether the Router has access to Internet (Data)
- Try connecting 40507 on a Wi Fi network directly generated by the router (not an access point connected to the home router)
- Using an App such as Wi Fi Analyzer, check whether the WL radio channel of the router is disturbed by another Wi Fi network that uses the same channel. If so, move the radio channel set in your Router to a channel that is not disturbed.
- Check whether the operator of your ADSL line at home blocks the transit of SIP packets
- Try and select the connection of the monitor to the Cloud using a Smartphone as a Hotspot
- Try restarting the monitor
What do I do if the call is not forwarded to the Smartphone?
- Check that the function “Forward call” is enabled
- Check that the “Cloud” on the Wi-Fi symbol is green
- Check that the data or Wi-Fi connection is active on the Smartphone
- Check that the ADSL line/Wi-Fi is working properly
What do I do if the Smartphone fails to read the QR Code and link with the monitor?
Deactivate the data connection on the Smartphone and activate Wi Fi on the same network set in the monitor code 40507
What do I do if the video fails to arrive on the app before answering a call?
Adjust the video optimisation control of the TAB in the advanced Wi Fi system/options menu
Can the TAB 7S Due Fili Plus be installed in an existing Open Bridge system?

Which flush mounting box must I use to install the PIXEL panel?
it is possible to use standard flush mounting boxes (art.9191,9192,9193, according to dimensions)
How is it possible to identify the MASTER unit in a system made with two audio/video units in the PIXEL series?
The MASTER unit is recognized through the internal device identification procedure. The voice unit is active on the MASTER panel. If necessary you can force a panel to be the MASTER via a manual procedure or Saveprog.

Reset procedure: 1_ press and hold down the Talk/Listen button 2_ At the same time, press the Self-start button and hold down until the red mute led on the front starts to flash. 3_ Release the buttons. 4_Press and hold down the Self-start button until a long acoustic signal is heard. 5_ During the acoustic signal, release the Self-start button and press the Lock button. 6_ Release the Lock button.

Set the primary identification code as follows:
- pick up the handset
- hold down the RESET button (black button on the lower part of the monitor near the handset cable outlet)
- hold down the LOCK button (the first of the three vertical buttons on the front of the video door entry unit)
- release the RESET button
- wait for the “beep” (after approx. 2 seconds) and then release the LOCK button
- (the monitor and the video door entry audio system now come on and communicate with the main panel)
- press the button on the panel within 30 seconds to call the video door entry unit being encoded
- if the identifier has been set correctly, the video door entry unit will emit a "beep" 2 seconds after pressing the button on the plate, and will then switch off.
Set the secondary identification code as follows:
- pick up the handset
- hold down the RESET button
- press LOCK and AUTO-ON (the button with the square symbol) and hold down together with the RESET button
- release the RESET button
- wait for the "beep” (after approx. 2 seconds) and then release the LOCK and AUTO-ON buttons
- (the monitor and the video door entry audio system now come on and communicate with the main panel)
- press the button on the panel within 30 seconds to call the video door entry unit being encoded
- if the identifier has been set correctly, the video door entry unit will emit a "beep" 2 seconds after pressing the button on the plate, and will then switch off.
Important: manually, it is only possible to encode up to a maximum of 3 units. For more units, use the Elvox programmer or the SaveProg Software.
Can I encode the apartments using the porter switchboard?
No, encoding can only be performed from the Master panel.
Can I connect a supplementary camera on an audio entrance panel type 89F3/13F3?
Yes, you should remove the jumper SA from the panel to enable the internal monitors to be turned on.
I have an image with “snowstorm” distortion. What should I check?
If you have a floor line with video distributors, you should remove the terminations from all of them except for the last one (jumper present in the active and passive distributors).
If you have an in/out configuration, you should remove the termination jumpers from all the monitors/interphones except for the last one.
If the supplementary buttons of a panel series 89Fx and 1300 are not illuminated, what should I do?
Check that there is a jumper between terminals +12 and Vled on the panel's terminal block.
If I have multiple entrance panels, how do I go about installing them?
On an Elvox Two-Wire system there must always be only one master entrance panel (factory set) and the others must be programmed as slaves. In order to do this, you need to assign an ID to the secondary entrance panel following the instructions supplied with the product.
What voltage should I read on the Two Wire bus?
You should read around 28 V D.C. at any point on the bus.
When I press a call button and hear a long beep, what does that mean?
It means that the call button is not associated with any audio/video door entry units.
How can I solve the problem of “Larsen effect” (screech) on the external entrance panel?
Check that the microphone is correctly positioned on the panel. Its output must point downwards. Calibrate the volume controls on the front of the panel.

No, you need to follow the "secondary" identification encoding procedure described in the instructions.
How can I tell whether an interphone/monitor is encoded?
If, when a button is pressed, the device emits a dull beep this indicates that it is encoded, if however it emits three beeps this indicates that it is has not been assigned a code.
