These are two outstanding successes for Vimar, which has been awarded a generous two prestigious 2023 Red Dot Awards in the “Product Design” category thanks to its new Linea series and XT platform.
Design, innovation and product quality: these are the main characteristics which drove the international jury panel to assign the awards, synonymous with quality design on an international scale for years now.
The first Red Dot Award went to the Linea series, owing to its distinctive profile and gently curved controls, simple yet striking styling, its design distinguished by absolute flatness and minimum thickness. This product is truly one of a kind, thanks to its unmistakable characteristics: the flat and seamless cover plate and controls, the gently curved profile of the aligned button, the control that returns to its original position to ensure perfect alignment thanks to the In-line patented technology and the soft glow on the cover plate in controls with a vertical light beam.
The second Red Dot Award went to Linea’s XT platform, which stands out for its innovative technology, its perfect flatness and extensive customisation possibilities, outstanding expandability and scalability, delivering an enhanced user experience for the automated home.
Winning two 2023 Red Dot Awards, in a category that is already quite crowded when it comes to participants, is a great source of pride for Vimar and it confirms the extent to which the brand, as a genuine ambassador of excellence Made in Italy throughout the world, focuses its attention on the design and quality of its product range.
