In the eighties Vimar introduced a different approach, new for the electro-technical sector: the aim was “total quality” in an extremely complex sector for the number of products, quantity of components and technologies. A considerable effort not only in terms of investments, but also design and construction of the production lines in the first person.
In the design phase special attention is paid to the aspects of rationalization and simplification, verified through a constant dialogue with the market, pursuing objectives of partnership in place of the traditional commercial relationship.
In this process the human element and the involvement of the whole business structure, all its functions and at every level, are decisive.
The market decrees the success of this new setting, sealed by the success of the Idea series, that still today well represents the company’s attention to quality.
