Stylish design, clean-cut, understated silhouettes, reduced thickness and functional ergonomics. This is how we describe the new surface mounting Smart thermostat developed by Vimar on two technologies: with Wi-Fi and 4G LTE connectivity, to link up to latest-generation mobile networks.
Easy to use thanks to its user-friendly controls, the new smart thermostat - which is now also available in the stylish black finish - comes with a screen that is animated by a LED matrix for easy reading even from a distance. Its brightness can be adjusted to three settings to offer maximum visual comfort at all times. Discrete and minimal, the screen provides an indication of the temperature and, thanks to a slight rocking motion of the front, can be set by briefly pressing the top or bottom of the thermostat. All the information about the connection status and operation is displayed in the form of icons, which are discretely backlit and present on both sides of the device.
Like all Vimar’s smart products, the new thermostat can be controlled locally or remotely using the View App, which makes configuration and management both simple and user-friendly. From a single screen, users can manage several thermostats inside their home as well as thermostats in multiple systems. The energy section also gives you greater awareness of consumption levels, by providing accurate system operating data.
Integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant also guarantees local or remote control by voice, whereas integration with the IFTTT (If This Then That) protocol allows you to create small logics so hundreds of connected devices can interact with one another.
