By-me Plus: new functions

From now on, a By-me Plus system can be managed using the Home App by Apple. Using a smartphone or tablet (with iOS 11.3 version or later) where the View App is installed, certain functions of the By-me Plus system can in fact be managed using the Home App by Apple or using Siri.

This novelty allows several functions to be managed, including the operation of lights and roller shutters, temperature control, the viewing of door or window opening and finding out the humidity in the environment.

All these functions are also viewed in the View App in the "Lights", "Roller shutters", "Climate control" and “Sensors” pages.

And for all those wishing to exploit all the many solutions offered by Vimar, another novelty lies in the possibility of viewing information from the weather station, again using mobile devices or home automation system touch screens.

With the integration of the weather station, logical programmes can be created to make your home even smarter, including:

• Exceeding a wind value triggers the operation of outdoor blinds;
• Exceeding a brightness value switches off outdoor lights (and vice-versa);
• In the event of rain, interrupting the sprinkler system in the garden.
